Put all the ingredients except olive oil into the bread machine, and start the bread-kneading program for 15 minutes

At the end of kneading, take out the dough and put it in another container, add 5 grams of olive oil and knead until the expansion stage (my bread machine broke down in the middle, so I need to take it out and knead it)

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and ferment to 2 times its size

After fermentation, vent the dough, divide it into 3 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes

Chop the cooked walnuts and prepare the sesame filling (put more fillings as you like, and my sesame fillings are in bags)

Roll out one of the dough into a rectangle, put sesame filling and walnuts in the center

Close the mouth and shape it into an oval shape. Wrap the remaining 2 doughs in sequence and put them in a baking tray lined with greased paper.

Put it in the oven, carry out the second warm and humid fermentation, take it out when the fermentation is about 2 times larger, sprinkle an appropriate amount of flour, and use a razor to make a few cuts.

Put it into the middle of the preheated oven, and bake for 30 minutes at 165 degrees (the oven temperature and time should be set according to your own oven)
