11.
Wrap the dough in a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator to relax for half an hour
12.
Take out the dough, sprinkle thin flour on the chopping board, and use a rolling pin to roll it into a dough with a thickness of about 0.4 cm
13.
Use a round biscuit mold to press out the outer circle, and use a small decorating nozzle to press out the inner circle
14.
Carefully transfer the biscuits to the baking tray. Use a pie fork to make a circle of small holes to prevent bulging during baking.
15.
After everything is done, preheat the oven. Put the baking tray into the middle of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. (The temperature is for reference only)
16.
Bake until the bottom of the biscuits turns slightly yellow. Keep the baked biscuits in a sealed container after allowing them to cool.

Tips:
The spinach blanching time should not be too long, just soften the spinach.
After sieving or if the amount of vegetable juice is larger, just take the amount in the recipe.
Or you can increase the amount of other materials proportionally.
Pay attention to the color when baking to prevent the color from darkening and affecting the appearance.
Note that the biscuits must be sealed and stored.
