First, beat three eggs into the basin.

Add 1/3 cup of white sugar to the egg bowl, about 80ml

Beat the egg until it does not collapse on the egg liquid for 4-5 seconds. At the same time preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla liquid to the beaten egg liquid, about 2.5ml

Pour 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (low-gluten flour can also be used) into a small bowl and set aside. About 120ml

Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder to the flour bowl and mix with the flour. About 2.5ml

Boil the flour three times into the beaten egg mixture. Stir in the L-shaped direction, and mix the egg liquid and flour by turning the bowl while cutting it down vertically.

But it’s done, and now it’s placed in the mold. (I use a non-stick mold. If it is a normal mold, you need to buckle the mold upside down on oil paper, draw a circle and cut it out and put it back on the bottom of the mold, so that the cake will not stick when it is cooked)

Bake in a 350 (Fahrenheit) oven for 15-18 minutes and the bread dough is ready to go out.

Things you need to prepare to make mousse.

Set the bread dough aside to dry and start making mousse. Pour 2 cups of whipped cream into a basin. About 480ml

Pour 1/2 cup powdered sugar into the whipped cream basin. About 120ml

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla liquid and prepare to whip the cream. Vanilla liquid about 5ml

When the cream is hard, you can lift it.

Add cream cheese to the whipped cream. About 350ml. Cream cheese should be defrosted at room temperature in advance. Then stir with the cream. After stirring, put it in the refrigerator for later use.

Strawberries and blackberries are put in a juicer to squeeze the juice.

Prepare a small bowl and add 1/2 cup of condensed milk. About 120ml

Mix the squeezed juice and 4 scoops of jam with the condensed milk. The strawberries I used were so sour, I originally planned to only put two spoons of jam, but then I put four spoons in it. In this case, you can put it at your own discretion:)

Mix the jam and condensed milk together.

Mix the blended jam with the cream cheese that was beaten before.

Pour 2 bags of gelatin powder into a small bowl, add 1/4 cup of water and mix. About 60ml of water and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Let the powder fully blend with the water.

Mix the mixed gelatine water with the cream cheese that was mixed with the jam before. :) Almost finished

Take out the cake base and cut into two pieces, and put the first piece on the bottom of the mold first.

Pour the mixed cream cheese on the first piece of cake base. Then gently place the second piece on it.

Then pour all the remaining mixed cream cheese into the mold. Put it in the refrigerator for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Tips:
Fruits can be exchanged according to their own preferences, not necessarily strawberries.
Jam can also be added or not added.
