On the second day, the medium kind of dough has been fermented to twice its size, the medium kind of dough is torn into small pieces, all the main dough materials except butter are put into the bread machine bucket, the kneading program is started for 20 minutes, and the dough is stirred. After the program is over Add 25g of butter, then start the kneading program for 10 minutes, and stir the dough;

Take out the dough and knead the dough manually to pull out a thin layer of hand mask;

Divide the dough into thirds, knead it round, and let it stand for 15 minutes in the middle;

Roll the dough into an oval shape, turn it over, roll it up from top to bottom, proof for 15 minutes, roll the dough into an oval shape again, turn it over, roll up 2-2.5 turns from top to bottom, and put it into the mold (Sanneng 450g);

Put the water in the baking pan, put the toast box in the oven, create an environment similar to 38°C and 85% humidity for secondary fermentation, ferment until the mold is 80% full, and cover the toast cover;

Put it into the oven, heat up and down at 200 degrees, bake for 35 minutes, the toasted bread can be easily demoulded by shaking it twice, and the bread is completely cooled

Cut the cold bread into two halves, take half of it, and cut out a whole piece of bread inner core, do not cut the bottom;

Cut the cut bread into three slices, each slice is cut into 9 small pieces;

Take 25g butter and melt it in insulated water, add 25g honey and stir evenly for later use;

Brush a layer of honey butter liquid evenly on the inside of the toast box, put in the bottom 9 bread cubes, brush the honey butter liquid on the bread cubes, then spread the bread cubes, and then brush the honey butter;

Spread the last layer of bread in sequence and brush with honey butter liquid;

Put it in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes at 160 degrees;

Tips:
1. The temperature of the oven should be adjusted appropriately according to the temperament of the individual oven;
2. If you want all the bread cubes to be crispy, you can arrange the bread cubes brushed with honey butter into the baking tray, and then stack them in the toast box after baking. ;
