Add Warmth in Winter---------------fresh Mushroom Chicken Pot

All ingredients are ready.

Wash the hens and chop them into small pieces.

Add appropriate amount of water to the stock pot, put the chicken pieces in the pot and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat.

Remove the chicken nuggets and wash the foam.

Wash the soup pot, put an appropriate amount of water again, add the washed chicken nuggets and ginger slices to the pot and simmer for 2 hours.

While cooking the chicken soup, soak the fungus daylily and wash it.

Wash seafood mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms and cut in half.

After the soup is boiling, add the soaked fungus into the pot and cook.

Add a few drops of white vinegar.

After about 2 hours, add the seafood mushrooms, mushrooms and daylily and cook for about 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, add candied dates and wolfberry and cook for about 10 minutes.

Finally, add 1 tablespoon and a half of salt to a boil, sprinkle with chives, then turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
1. It is best to add enough water at one time, and check whether the chicken is sinking to the bottom and sticking to the pan in the middle. If the soup is consumed, you can add a small amount of boiling water.
2. The hen must be simmered for at least 2 hours, otherwise the chicken will be very old.
3. Add a few drops of white vinegar, one can remove the smell, second, it will not change the color of the soup, and third, it can force out the calcium in the chicken bones.
