Agaricus and Chestnut Stewed Chicken Soup

1. First wash the chicken and chop it into small pieces with a knife.

2. Prepare all the seasonings for the stew.

3. Soak all the stew seasonings in water for about 15 minutes.

4. Peel the chestnut first, it doesn't matter if it is dirty.

8. Add appropriate amount of water to the casserole, and put the blanched and rinsed chicken into the casserole.

9. Add all the soaked seasonings.

10. Add 2 more slices of ginger.

12. Cover the casserole and simmer for 1 hour.

13. Open the lid, pour the chestnuts and simmer for half an hour.

14. At this time, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to taste according to personal taste.

15. Put the soaked lily in a casserole, and two egg yolks.

16. Continue to boil for about 10 minutes after boiling on high heat.

17. Sprinkle the soaked goji berries, then sprinkle with coriander, then turn off the heat.
