Agaricus and Flower Mushroom Stewed Chicken

Put the washed Agaricus blazei and flower mushrooms in a bowl filled with water and soak for 10 minutes.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the soup pot and boil, then put the chicken in the pot, and pass the water over cold water.

After washing the soup pot, add 1.5 L of water and bring it to a boil.

After the water is boiled, add all the ingredients including chicken, Agaricus blazei, mushrooms, lotus seeds, and boil on high heat.

Tips:
The cooking time can be adjusted flexibly. The longer the time, the more mellow the soup will be.
