Air Fryer Bacon Cheese Asparagus
1.
Clean the asparagus and cut off the older part at the bottom.
2.
Pour it into boiling water and remove it for 20 seconds.
3.
Put it in cold water to cool down
4.
Cut the bacon slices in half and the cheese slices in half.
5.
Spread bacon first, then cheese, and finally two asparagus
6.
Just roll up the asparagus.
7.
After all the rolls are rolled up, spread them flat in the frying basket, and sprinkle some freshly ground black pepper.
8.
Preheat the frying basket at 180 degrees for 3 minutes and bake for about 8 minutes. If you use the oven, the temperature will not change, but it will take a little longer, or it will not be easy to bake.
Tips:
1. The asparagus will be tenderer after it has been roasted.
2. Use commercially available cheese slices, which should be narrower than bacon slices when slicing, otherwise the bacon will shrink when heated, and the cheese will melt and flow out and stick to the basket.
3. Bacon itself has a salty taste, so just sprinkle some crushed black pepper to taste. If you can't eat spicy food, you can omit the black pepper.
4. Asparagus is very tender, so it is best to preheat the fryer or oven before roasting, so as to lock in moisture as much as possible. Roast the bacon until the bacon is cooked, and the asparagus will have a bad taste after a long time.
5. The grilled spring bamboo shoots should be eaten while it is hot, and the cheese will not taste good when it cools down.
