Air Fryer Fried Pork Belly

Cut the meat into mahjong-sized pieces, 1 star anise, 1 tsp Chinese pepper, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp brown sugar powder, 1/3 tsp black pepper powder, rub evenly with your hands;

Put the meat in a compact box and put it in the refrigerator overnight;

Pour the red vinegar in a large bowl, zhejiang vinegar, Heinz red vinegar or aged vinegar, add 1/2 tbsp brown sugar powder, stir well, pour the meat into the bowl and stir evenly by hand;

Spray a layer of vegetable oil in the air fryer;

Pour in the marinated pork and spread it as flat as possible;

Set 370°F and bake for 10-12 minutes;

Use a spatula to turn the meat over, adjust the time to test the cooked meat, set it to 370°F, and the time is about 5-10 minutes. In short, roast the meat until it's done.
Tips:
The color of this dish is more fragrant than braised pork, with a moderate amount of vinegar, and the vinegar and sauce flavours are brought out at the same time. The serving of rice and steamed buns are very decent and harmonious.
