1. Cut the tofu into pieces and put them in a compact box. The box should be big enough and not too full;

3. Pour it into a container with tofu, keep the water over the noodles, and put it in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 days.

4. Rinse the tofu with water before cooking;

Tips:

1. Cut into pieces about 1~1.5 cm thick, not too thin, it will be harder to bake if it is too thin;
2. Brush the bottom of the baking pan with self-dipping scallion oil to make the tofu particularly fragrant;
3. After baking, there is no need to add any seasoning, because the juice of the tofu has already been seasoned.
