Cut the tofu into pieces and put them in a compact box. The box should be big enough and not too full;

Put the soaking seasoning into a bowl, mix thoroughly, add about 1/2 bowl of water, and stir;

Pour it into a container with tofu, keep the water over the noodles, and put it in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 days.

Rinse the tofu with water before cooking;

Use a kitchen or cloth to absorb moisture;

Spray vegetable oil on the bottom of the air pot, drain the tofu cubes, brush the surface with scallion oil, set 400°F, and bake for 14 minutes;

Roast until golden brown;

Turn over and brush a layer of scallion oil, set 400°F, and bake for 14 minutes, and also roast until golden brown. It can be eaten directly from the pan without adding any juice or seasoning.
Tips:
1. Cut into pieces about 1~1.5 cm thick, not too thin, it will be harder to bake if it is too thin;
2. Brush the bottom of the baking pan with self-dipping scallion oil to make the tofu particularly fragrant;
3. After baking, there is no need to add any seasoning, because the juice of the tofu has already been seasoned.
