Air Fryer Roasted Herbed Potato Chips

Wash the potatoes without peeling them, cut them into six pieces vertically, add 1/2 tsp of basil, 1/2 tsp of rosemary, 1/2 tsp of thyme, 1 tbsp of butter, 1 salt Teaspoon, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon cornstarch;

Set the temperature to 350°F, bake for about 15 minutes (or longer), then set 400°F, bake for 3-5 minutes, and the surface is golden brown. You don't need to turn the surface.
Tips:
1. The butter can also be put in the microwave oven for 10-12 seconds to melt the butter and then put it in the potatoes and stir;
2. As for the roasting time, it is difficult to give an accurate figure, because the size of the potato strips directly affects the length of the roasting time. Don't make it too high when you start baking. When the temperature is too high, the surface will be burnt and the inside will not be cooked, so use a medium temperature first. It is more reasonable to bake the surface with a high temperature.
