Air Fryer Version Cheese Biscuits
1.
1. Cut the butter and soften it at room temperature to the point where you can poke a hole with your fingers.
2.
2. Add fine sugar and beat evenly with a whisk.
3.
3. After the eggs are broken up, pour them into the butter paste three times, and fully beat each time.
4.
4. When the egg liquid is just added, there will be some egg oil separation.
5.
5. The butter paste will become fine and fluffy after being patiently dispensed evenly.
6.
6. Repeat the steps of adding egg liquid to beat until the butter and egg paste becomes whitish, feathery and fluffy.
7.
7. Sprinkle the Kraft cheese powder first.
8.
8. Use a spatula to mix slightly.
9.
9. Afterwards, sift in low-gluten flour.
10.
10. Use a spatula to continue mixing until there is no dry powder.
11.
11. Find a fresh-keeping bag, pour the roux into it and knead it into a ball.
12.
12. Continue to put it in the biscuit mold for shaping. There is no cookie mold, it can be packed in a crisper, or it can be formed into a cylindrical shape. This recipe has been included in my new book "Easily Make 150 Creative Air Fryers"~
13.
13. Afterwards, put the dough in the refrigerator and freeze it for more than two hours. It must be frozen and hard, or it is not easy to handle when it is sliced. This is the frozen look,
14.
14. Then use a relatively sharp kitchen knife to slice according to the thickness of 0.5-0.6 cm~
15.
15. Put the cut biscuits in a baking tray lined with greased paper.
16.
16. Sprinkle some Kraft cheese powder on the surface afterwards to make it more delicious.
17.
17. Preheat the oven in advance, the upper and lower pipes are 170 degrees, bake for about 12 minutes, and the surface can be baked when the surface is colored.
18.
18. The freshly baked biscuits are still a bit soft, and when they cool down and harden, they will be very crispy and delicious.
19.
19. Because there are so many biscuits that can't be baked in one pan, I bake some of the remaining in an air fryer.
20.
20. There is no need to put oil paper in the frying basket, just put it directly on it.
21.
21. Adjust the temperature of the fryer to 160 degrees and bake it for 12-13 minutes. I took it out after seeing the color on the surface.
22.
The fragrant Parmesan cheese biscuits are here~~
The picture shows the biscuits baked in the fryer. Can you tell?
Tips:
1. I made this biscuit in the morning and frozen it before cutting it in the afternoon, so it was very hard when I first took it out, so I need to warm it up and cut it again.
2. The cheese powder itself has a salty taste, so it can be regarded as a salty biscuit. The surface layer of cheese powder must be sprinkled, and if you want the biscuits to be delicious, you have to do it at all costs.
3. I really recommend private baking for this sale, because I love to eat, I guess most people like it too, haha
4. Everyone's oven temperature difference is different, so the time is for your reference. Please keep your eyes on it in the last few minutes and don't bake it.
