Air Fryer Version Less Fried Fries

Peel and wash potatoes

Cut into small finger thickness, put it in the air and let it stand for 5-10 minutes to let the water vapor on the surface evaporate

Preheat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, pull out the basket, and sprinkle the potato chips randomly in the basket

Push the basket back into the fryer

At 10 minutes, pull out the frying basket, shake it a few times to spread the fries evenly, then use a brush to apply some oil on it, and push it back into the frying pan.

Originally scheduled for 15 minutes, I think the color is a bit lighter, but I added another 5 minutes, and the total time is 20 minutes; the time is up, it’s golden and beautiful.

Look at the frying basket again, brushing a few brushes of oil, there is still residual oil on the basket! Really healthy and good fries! Eat it while it's hot, it's so fragrant

Tips:
After the potatoes are cut, they can be washed and dried or not dried first;
When the fries are hot, they will be soft on the outside and the inside will be peeled after a long time. So don’t compare it with the hard texture that comes out of the oil pan. After all, only a few drops of oil are used, which is very healthy and tastes good. Not bad.
