Air Fryer Version of Stuffed Tofu
1.
1. Prepare the pork filling, I use a little fat.
2. Then add half an egg, light soy sauce, chopped green onion, minced garlic, black pepper, and diced crab claw mushrooms.
3. Mix well and marinate for five minutes to taste.
4. At this time, cut the old tofu into cubes with a thickness of about 1.5cm.
2.
5. Use a small spoon to dig a hole on the surface of the tofu.
6. Tofu is fragile, so be patient when digging.
7. Then fill the marinated meat into the pit.
8. After the fryer is preheated, put the tofu into the frying basket of the fryer.
3.
9. Put an appropriate amount of sweet chili sauce or barbecue sauce on the tofu. You can leave it alone, but the taste will be weaker.
10. Then close the lid.
11. Turn on the machine, and it will be ready in about 10 minutes at 190 degrees. What do you want to do in the middle?
12. The first pot ate in a hurry, and only took a picture of the second pot. I didn't put a bit of oil in, but the oil in the meat had been squeezed out, and it was irritating.
4.
It can be eaten~
A little bit of yong tofu, which is useless, turns into golden fried tofu. It has a deep-fried texture throughout, and it is firm and does not spread easily, and the bottom is not sticky.
I thought that tofu without oil would fail to fry, but after the oil in the meat was forced out, it served as the oil for frying tofu in a pot. So from a fat point of view, the fryer version is much lower in fat and less oil than the wok version.
Tips:
1. The thickness of the tofu block is most suitable at 1.5cm. It is too thin and it will break when digging a hole, and the tofu is not tasty
2. The sauce on the tofu can be adjusted by yourself. I prefer Thai sweet chili sauce and use this to enhance the flavor
