Air Pan Roasted Corn

Turn the corn in the microwave for about 6 minutes, turn them into half and smash them vertically. Dissolve the butter, brush a layer of butter or vegetable oil on the surface of the corn kernels, and then evenly sprinkle some seasoning on the cutting board or saucer.

Place the corn on the chopping board and roll it vigorously so that the corn kernels can evenly stick to the seasoning.

Spray or apply a layer of vegetable oil to the bottom of the air pan, turn the corn kernels up at 380°F, roast for 5 minutes and then check whether the corn is brown enough to turn golden brown. If it is not brown enough, continue roasting for 2 to 3 minutes, then stop the machine and observe. Bake until you are full of burnt power, but don't overbake it.
Tips:
There are many kinds of Steak Rub. This time I used Canadian ones. I have used several seasonings from Americans before. They are all good. If Steak Rub is not prepared, you can add some black pepper powder and garlic salt, onion powder or Seasoning. Salt (seasoned salt), there is nothing wrong with using Chicken Seasoning.
