Prepare raw materials: minced pork, quick-frozen corn and green beans, peeled and diced carrots, peeled and diced potatoes.

Boil the quick-frozen corn and green beans in a boiling pot with hot water, and remove the controlled water for later use.

Heat the wok, add vegetable oil, add minced pork and stir-fry until the color changes, add chopped green onion, pepper powder, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine and stir-fry evenly.

Add corn, green beans, carrots, and potatoes and continue to stir-fry for a while, add salt and stir-fry for a few times and turn off the heat.

After washing the rice, put it in the inner pot of the rice cooker, and add the same water as usual for cooking rice.

Pour the fried mixed vegetables and minced meat into the rice in the rice cooker and stir a few times.

The rice cooker is energized and cooks normally.

Put the shrimps to remove the shrimp string in a small bowl, add a little light soy sauce, cooking wine, white pepper powder, starch and stir evenly to marinate.

Immediately after the rice cooker trips, put the shrimp on top of the rice and continue to simmer for ten minutes.

Stir the cooked rice a few times, sprinkle some scallions and chopped green onions after serving (there are no scallions in the house today, so I sprinkled some green onion leaves, hehe).

Tips:
1. I put quick-frozen corn and green beans. If it is fresh corn and green beans, do not blanch them.
2. The water for cooking rice is as much as normal rice cooking, so don't add too much.
3. Shrimp is easy to cook, so it can be simmered for a while at the end, otherwise it is easy to cook too old and taste bad.
