Alabang (baby Molar Stick)

All the ingredients are ready for later use.

Put the butter in an anhydrous and oil-free container after softening at room temperature, and then sift in powdered sugar.

Stir the eggs and add them to step 2.

Then add the sifted low-gluten flour.

Stir all the ingredients evenly and knead into a smooth, non-grained dough.

Cover the flour with plastic wrap and let the dough relax for 10 minutes.

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a rectangular shape, and cut it into 1cm wide strips on average.

Twist the strips into twists and brush them with egg wash.

Preheat the oven at 170°C for 10 minutes, then put it in the middle and bake for 20 minutes.
