Almond Cake
1.
After the butter is softened at room temperature, add powdered sugar and salt, and mix well
2.
Add vanilla extract and stir well
3.
Then use an electric whisk to beat the butter, and add the egg liquid in three times
4.
Beat until it becomes a smooth and creamy paste
5.
Sift in the low-gluten flour, milk powder and baking powder mix
6.
Use a rubber spatula to mix into a dough in irregular directions. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes
7.
After taking out the dough, take 10 grams as one portion, knead it into small balls by hand, and put them directly on the baking pan covered with tin foil.
8.
Brush even a layer of egg whites
9.
Press an almond on each ball
10.
Put it in the preheated oven, 160 degrees, about 25 minutes
Tips:
1. When mixing the dough, stir irregularly, otherwise the dough will tend to become gluten and affect the taste.
2. Almonds can be replaced with other dried fruits. Just raw.
