This dish is my favorite. Sometimes I mix some more and I won’t get tired of eating three meals. My son’s favorite snack is dried almond fish. The dried fish is a bit fishy, so I picked out the almonds and celery lily. Cold dressing, without too much seasoning, with olive oil to add a light fragrance

Almond Celery Lily

1. Wash celery and cut diagonally to prepare carrot slices

2. Wash the lily after peeling it off

3. When the water in the pot is boiled, add a proper amount of salt, pour in the ingredients, boil, and rinse

4. Prepare almond slices

5. Prepare garlic mash

6. Put three blanched ingredients into a bowl and add garlic paste

7. Add salt

8. Add olive oil

9. Add chicken essence and mix well

10. Put it into a bowl and sprinkle with almonds and serve

Tips:

1. When this dish is blanched, it should be cooked in one step, and then boil it after it is cooked;
2. Almond slices are crispy, and the final sprinkle can keep the crispy taste.
