After the biscuit was made, my colleagues said that it looked like a peach crisp, but I didn't find it when I made it. I reminded it and found that it looked a lot like it. Although it looks like a peach crisp, it tastes even better with the aroma of almond flour. Whether it is to make snacks for children or as a gift to relatives and friends, it is very suitable. Be careful, if you bake it in the oven for too long, it will reduce the soft taste of the biscuits.

Almond Cookies

1. Put the butter softened at room temperature in a clean basin

2. Add sugar and salt, beat with a whisk until the butter is slightly whitish

3. Add egg yolks and mix well

4. After mixing well, add vanilla extract to remove the fishy smell of eggs and add aroma

5. Sift the low-gluten flour, almond flour and baking powder at the same time and add

6. Use spatula to mix into dough

7. Knead the dough into about 15 grams each and place it on the baking tray

8. Use a tool with a flat bottom to squash

9. Use a knife to cut oblique lines to draw the lines. When the knife is cutting, you can slightly dip it in water or flour to prevent the dough from sticking.

10. Spread fresh milk on the surface of the dough

11. Bake in an oven preheated at 175-180 degrees for about 10 minutes
