Almond Cookies

Ingredients: 110 grams of plain flour, 90 grams of almond flour, 2 grams of baking soda, 1 egg, 70 grams of white sugar, and 80 grams of lard.

Put lard, eggs, and sugar in the basin. (Lard solidified).
