Braised Eggplant

1. Cut the eggplant into pieces and pickle in salt to get the moisture

2. Add flour and mix well

3. Fry the eggplant until slightly yellow

4. Put the seasoning in another pot, pour the eggplant and stir fry evenly

5. Put it on the plate and get out of the pot.
