Almond Cookies

Mix almond flour, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add a little bit of vegetable oil first, mix well, continue to add, and then stir while adding

Until you can make dough

Take an appropriate amount of dough and knead it into a ball, then place it in a baking tray lined with baking paper

Dip each almond in a little egg wash

Press on the noodle ball (so that the almonds and the noodles are not easily separated)

Brush a little egg liquid on each one

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius, and roast the middle layer up and down for about 10 minutes until the color is golden. You can control the time flexibly and don’t burn it.
