This almond cheese biscuit tastes very fragrant and has a crispy texture. It is still a recipe for consuming cheese.

Almond Milk Biscuits

1. Add cream cheese and butter to a clean basin, melt in water, and mix well

2. After mixing well, add sugar and salt, then add whipped cream and vanilla extract and mix well

3. Add sifted low-gluten flour and baking powder

4. Mix well with a spatula

5. Add almond slices and stir

6. After making the dough, put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

7. Roll the dough into a cylinder with the palm of your hand, wrap it in plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours

8. Cut the frozen noodles into pieces about 0.5 cm thick, put them on the baking tray, put them in the oven preheated at 175-180 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes. (If the dough is very hard when cutting, it can be warmed up and cut again)

9. Take out the baked biscuits and let cool
