Almond Pumpkin Paste

Peel and wash the pumpkin and cut into thin slices.

Put it into the pot, add a proper amount of water, 4/5 of the pumpkin, don't overfill the pumpkin, otherwise it will be very thin.

Just cook the pumpkin, you don’t need to cook it too badly.

Use a blender to beat into a pumpkin paste.

Just peel the almonds and place them on top.
