Almond Snowball

After preheating the oven to 150 degrees, put the almonds in the oven and bake for 5 minutes, then take them out and cut them into small particles

Put the butter, salt and powdered sugar at room temperature into an egg beater and use a spatula to mix the powdered sugar and butter to avoid splashing of powdered sugar when mixing. Then use an electric whisk until the butter is white and fluffy is twice as large as the original.

Sift in the low-gluten flour and stir evenly

Mix well and add almond diced

Continue to mix evenly with a spatula

After mixing, knead each almond ball into a round shape by 15 grams and arrange it into the baking tray. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake the middle layer for 20 minutes

Tips:
1. The temperature of the oven needs to be adjusted according to each oven;
2. Almonds can be replaced with pine nuts, peanuts, walnuts and other dried fruits;
3. The butter must be room temperature butter, so that the butter will be fluffy.
