The taste of this dessert is different from that of biscuits, and the taste is close to soft cookies; it is puffy and has a strong aroma of almonds, and it is delicious and beautiful with a layer of powdered sugar.

The handmade cookies or biscuits made by yourself must be made of good butter. Remember not to use margarine; the cookies made in this way have a poor taste, and the margarine has added flavor, which smells pungent.
