Almond Tea

Put the rice and Jiangmi into the food processor first.

Beat the rice into flour at high speed.

Pour the flour into the cooking pot.

Add 20 grams of almond flour to the rice flour and mix well.

Mix the rice noodles into rice milk with an appropriate amount of water.

Stir well and set aside.

Put sugar in a small pot, pour in an appropriate amount of water to melt.

After the rice milk sits for 10 minutes, pour the osmanthus sauce.

Stir the sweet-scented osmanthus sauce and rice syrup.

Then slowly pour it into the pot.

Stir the rice syrup with medium and low heat until it becomes gelatinized. It feels thick and you can add some clear water. After it is cooked, it can be out of the pot.

Pour the cooked almond tea into a bowl.

Sprinkle with a little green and red silk and cooked black sesame seeds and enjoy.
Tips:
1. If rice flour and glutinous rice flour are available, rice is not needed, and it can be made directly by mixing it into a paste.
2. Almond flour is available at the grocery counters of major supermarkets. Almonds can also be made by themselves, but they need to be soaked and peeled.
3. In the south, you can also use sweet-scented osmanthus sugar, dried osmanthus, and osmanthus sauce.
4. Don't boil too thick, just have a sense of flow. If it is too thick, add some clean water while boiling it. It is best to add water at a time.
5. If there is no green silk or red silk, you can put some chopped dried fruit in it instead.
