Crazy and crispy ------ almond tiles, casual snacks. . . . . .

Almond Tiles

1. Bake the almond slices at low temperature for 3 to 5 minutes in advance to make them slightly colored.
Add the egg whites to the powdered sugar and mix well. Add almond slices and stir.

2. Melt the butter in water, sift the low-gluten flour and add it to the almond paste

3. Stir the batter evenly

4. On a baking tray lined with greased paper, use a spoon to spread out a thin piece of biscuit shape.

5. Preheat the oven, put it on the second floor, increase the heat to 180 degrees, and lower the heat to 170 degrees, about 20 minutes.

6. It's out~

Tips:

1. If you want to be crispy, just spread the tiles as thinly as possible
2. The taste is more crunchy after cooling!
