Almond Toast, Simple and Easy Fluffy Bread

Add the main ingredients to the bread bucket one by one, and use the bread machine for kneading function for 20 minutes.

Roll out the dough flat and vent.

Then turn it over, thin the bottom edge and roll it up from top to bottom, and knead it long.

Put it into Dongling K30A oven, select menu 2 for fermentation. (The temperature has been set to 35 degrees, and the fermentation time is 1 hour)

Brush the surface of the fermented dough with egg liquid and put almond slices on it.

Select the oven menu 1, the time is 20-23 minutes, the upper tube is 130 degrees, and the lower tube is 150 degrees.

Tips:
1. If there is no bread mold, you can put it directly on the baking tray...
2. Because I am using an electronic oven, I have set the time and temperature for me after selecting the fermentation menu. For those who are not electronic ovens, the temperature can be set to 30-35 degrees, and the fermentation time is 1 hour.
3. I use Dongling 6D hot cyclone bread machine, the film is very fast.
