Almond Tofu

Almond flour is boiled in water, stirring constantly

After sieving, pour into a container to cool, add milk

Gelatin powder (I have not used agar to make things before using agar sticks, it is too crispy and not Q) after adding purified water to melt it in water, add it to almond milk and stir evenly.

Put it in the refrigerator for four hours and cut into tofu cubes, topped with sweet-scented osmanthus.
