Almond Tofu

Put the soaked southern almonds and water into the mixing bowl and grind 2 min/speed 10.

Pour the ground almond juice into the filter bag and squeeze out the almond juice.

Add the filtered southern almond juice, milk, and rock sugar to the mixing bowl.

Add the soaked gelatin tablets and mix at 5 min/80°C/speed 1 to make an almond mixture.

Pour the almond mixture into a flat-bottomed square container (this step can be sieved again to make it more delicate), and let it sit for 30 minutes. After it has cooled, put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours.

Cut the curdled almond tofu into squares with a knife.

Put it in a bowl, pour the sugar osmanthus on the almond tofu and enjoy.

You can also pour the almond mixture into the pudding cup

Refrigerate and solidify and enjoy.
Tips:
The pudding cup does not need to be cut into small pieces, and the gelatine can be reduced to 10 grams, which is more tender.
