Alpine Orange Citrus Muffin

Ingredients: 1 whole egg, 45g alpine orange milk candy, 55g corn oil, 45g hot water, 100g low-gluten flour, 35g candied orange peel, 1 tsp baking powder

Tips:
Alpine candies can be replaced with other hard candies.
The melted sugar water should be cooled thoroughly before use to prevent denaturation of the eggs.
