Alsatian Crispy Pizza

Pour oil, salt, water into the flour, stir and knead for about 15 minutes, until the surface is smooth

Put it in a bowl coated with olive oil and ferment for more than 30 minutes

The thinly sliced onion and the diced bacon are stir-fried until cooked

Add salt, pepper and nutmeg in 150g of sour cream, then add starch and mix well

Roll the fermented dough into 2-3mm thick slices

Spread the cream sauce in step 4 on the rolled dough, top with the fried onion bacon, sprinkle with cheese, put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.
