Amaranth and Whitebait Brown Rice Congee

Wash the amaranth, cut into small sections, and boil it in boiling water; wash and peel the carrots, scrape them with a spoon, then boil them in boiling water, set aside

Take a pot, add brown rice, washed whitebait and water, heat until the moisture is slightly reduced, similar to the level of dry rice a little wet

Mix in the pot with the limited number of times and carrots
Tips:
It is not recommended to boil porridge for too long. Amaranth is very rich in dietary fiber. If red amaranth or red phoenix is used, nutrient absorption will be doubled~
