Amaranth Salad
1.
Wash the amaranth and set aside.

Boil water in a pot, boil, add amaranth and blanch for 2 minutes, then remove.

Soak in cold boiling water for three minutes.

Remove and drain the water and place in a dish.
5.
Mince garlic cloves and set aside.
6.
Half a teaspoon of salt, 0.5 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 tablespoons fresh soy sauce, 2 tablespoons chili oil, 2 tablespoons sesame sesame oil, and minced garlic to make a juice.
7.
Pour the mixed juice into the plate.
8.
Mix well and serve.
