Amaranth Tortillas

Wash the amaranth, blanch it in a pot of boiling water for one minute, squeeze out the water after cooling, and cut into 1 cm pieces.

Put the sliced amaranth, salt, sugar, baking powder, cornmeal, and soybean noodles into the container and mix together.

Add an egg and an appropriate amount of water.

And good amaranth tortilla dough.

Pour a little cooking oil into the pan, and put in 6 amaranth corn flour cakes, each about 60 grams each, which is patted into a cake shape by hand. Fry over medium heat until golden brown.

Fry the other side of the amaranth tortilla until golden brown.
