Amaranth with Garlic

Pick wild amaranth and go home, as long as it's tender and sharp, and clean it enough

Change the onion and garlic to a knife for later use

Put peanut oil in the pot, add green onion, garlic, ginger, dried red pepper and stir fry to create a fragrance

Pour in the amaranth and stir-fry evenly, then stir-fry for a while on medium heat

After it's cooked, add a little salt to taste, turn off the heat and take it out of the pot, serve on a plate and serve.
Tips:
This vegetable has very good nutritional value. Don’t feel soft when you encounter it. Pick it home with boiling water, blanch it with cold water, and then put it in the refrigerator to freeze it. It’s especially convenient to take as you eat.
