Amaranth with Garlic

Amaranth is selected to remove old stems and only leaves, and clean them.

A few grains of garlic.
3.
Garlic smashed into pieces.
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil and add half of the garlic grits.
5.
Fry the garlic cubes until golden brown.
6.
Add amaranth leaves and stir fry evenly.
7.
After the amaranth leaves are soft, add the other half of the garlic and stir well.
8.
Just add salt to taste before serving.
Tips:
Half of the fried garlic is golden brown and half is red.
