Amaranth with Garlic
1.
Wash the amaranth and remove the root, and cut the garlic into minced garlic
2.
Heat up a frying pan, add half of the garlic that was previously chopped and sauté until fragrant
3.
Add amaranth and stir fry
4.
The amaranth is roughly stir-fried and becomes soft. Putting in a bowl of starch water will help the amaranth to ripen faster. Add salt, vegetable essence, and cooking wine to continue to stir-fry
5.
The amaranth is completely softened out of water, then add the other half of the garlic and saute until fragrant
6.
OK, out of the pot~ This is the best to eat in summer.
Tips:
The amount of starch water should be controlled well. Because I am childlike, I prefer red soup to serve with rice, so I put more water. If you like to dry, you must control the amount of water~
