Amber Lettuce
1.
Peel and wash lettuce, walnuts, onions, and garlic for later use.

Shred lettuce and onion, mince garlic.
3.
Boil the shredded lettuce with hot water in the pot
4.
Blanched shredded lettuce in cold water for later use
5.
Place blanched lettuce shreds and onion shreds on the bottom of the plate and put them in the refrigerator (the iced lettuce is more refreshing!)
6.
Put walnuts, garlic and all other seasonings in a small bowl (seasoning according to personal taste)
7.
Pour the sauce on the lettuce, mix well and serve.
