Tips:
1. Walnut kernels can be bleached and boiled several times to remove their astringency;
2. Be sure to drain the excess syrup, otherwise it will be easy to stick after frying;
3. Pay attention to controlling the oil temperature, and the oil temperature should not be too high;
4. Pay attention to the color of the walnut kernels when frying, and fry them until they are light yellow, because the temperature of the walnut kernels is very high after frying, and they will continue to mature, and they will pass until the amber fire.
