When buying raw walnuts, pay attention to the color. The color is even better. Put it in a hot water pot and boil for three minutes, then soak for five minutes. After rinsing, control the surface moisture to avoid splashing oil in the pan.

Put about 150 grams of water in the pot, and then add 50 grams of rock sugar. If the child is young, you can reduce the amount of sugar. Boil the sugar over a slow heat, add the walnuts and stir fry when the stickiness begins to bubble, and evenly dip in the syrup.

Pour 500 grams of salad oil into the pot to heat, pour the sugar-dipped walnut kernels into the oil, and fry for about three minutes. Be careful not to heat too much. The walnut kernels can change color slightly. Be careful not to fry them.
