The newly-launched garlic moss in spring is tender and not too spicy. It is paired with fried walnuts and simple seasoning. It is a very delicious dish.

Stir-fried Garlic Moss with Walnut Kernels

1. Remove the head and tail of the garlic moss, wash and cut into sections, and slice the garlic

2. Put soy sauce, sugar, and a tablespoon of water into a bowl, stir until the sugar melts

3. Don't put oil in the pot, add walnuts and stir fry on low heat

4. Stir-fry the walnuts and set aside

5. Put oil in the pan, add garlic slices and saute until fragrant

6. Add garlic moss and stir fry

7. Pour in the sauce, stir fry the garlic moss to your preferred maturity, and the soup will thicken

8. Add walnuts and sesame seeds, stir-fry well
