Stir-fried Garlic Moss with Walnut Kernels

Remove the head and tail of the garlic moss, wash and cut into sections, and slice the garlic

Put soy sauce, sugar, and a tablespoon of water into a bowl, stir until the sugar melts

Don't put oil in the pot, add walnuts and stir fry on low heat

Stir-fry the walnuts and set aside

Put oil in the pan, add garlic slices and saute until fragrant

Add garlic moss and stir fry
