Walnut Rice

Take an appropriate amount of raw walnuts, rice: raw walnuts = between 10: 2 and 10: 3.

Mash the walnuts. Use a stone mortar, a grinding bowl, or a rolling pin to mash it into a puree. Crush it as finely as possible for a better taste.

🌻Tips: You can also use a food processor, but the motor is small, and the walnut oil will come out after a long time of stirring.

Wash the rice, add water, and put the mashed walnuts in as you would normally cook rice.
