Amber Walnut (oven Version)

Wash the raw walnuts and drain the water.

Put water, sugar, salt and star anise into the pot.

Pour the walnuts and bring to a boil.

Turn to medium heat and mix until the water is dry and the sugar is all over the walnuts.

Spread the walnuts flat on the baking sheet (the small oven can be divided into parts.). I just bought this big bakeware, just one time.

Preheat the oven to 300F/150C degrees.

Bake for 20 minutes, turning it over halfway through.

Take it out and let it cool before bottling.

Very crispy and delicious.
Tips:
1. The temperature of each oven is different, adjust the temperature appropriately according to the temperament of your own oven. The oven is small, so the temperature should be lowered, and be careful not to burn it.
2. Add salt and star anise to make the taste more layered, and you can leave it alone.
