Amber Walnut

Bring water to a boil, add walnuts and cook for about 3 minutes on medium heat to help remove the bitter taste of walnuts.

Put the sugar, syrup, water, and walnuts in a pot and cook on low heat until the soup is sticky.

Put the walnuts one by one on the oven tray.
4.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for 10 minutes to complete.
