American Apple Pie (apple Tower) Practice
1.
Flour, sugar, salt, butter (softened and diced) mix well. Knead it into bread crumbs with your hands.
2.
Pour the egg liquid evenly. Knead the dough with your hands. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
3.
Dice the apple and cook until thick (you can add some sugar if you like the sweet taste).
4.
Sprinkle some flour on the bottom plate before rolling the crust. The crust is wet and easy to stick to the bottom. A little attention should be paid here. I made a 7-inch piece, and the pie was rolled out to about 4cm from the mold.
5.
Put it into the mold, press and fit around. Roll the extra part of the pie with a rolling pin. Poke some air holes at the bottom.
6.
Pour the cooked diced apples into the pie plate, and slice the other apple and arrange them neatly. Put it in the oven at 190 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Tips:
Apples oxidize very quickly, so they can be soaked in brine after being sliced. For the pie crust, beginners can wrap it with plastic wrap so that it is not easy to break.
