American Chicken Assorted Pie

Prepare all the ingredients, chicken, vegetables, flour, milk, seasoning, water

Cheese is ordinary liquid cheese, as well as solid mozzarella cheese, all to increase consistency and sweetness. For vegetables, I chose carrots, green bamboo shoots, and zucchini.

Dice the chicken and vegetables and fry them in a pan until about 7 minutes cooked.

Pour in a measuring cup of milk and cook together. (Many of the pasta in Western food is boiled with milk. You might imagine that it tastes weird, but it is really fragrant.)

Put a little flour and cook together. Increase viscosity.

Cook until the milk is bubbling and gurgling, turn off the heat, and prepare to use.

Prepare a double amount of flour that has been added with baking soda, and mix it with 3/4 cup of milk.

This is the assorted chicken cooked in milk just now, and pour it into the baking dish.

Spread the cheese evenly on the chicken mix

Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese evenly.

Place the oven at 400 degrees and bake for 17 minutes.

Bake until the dough is golden brown and tender.

The dough on the top is crisp and fragrant, and the cheese and chicken inside keep the original flavor of milk. Only some black pepper, salt for seasoning.
