This is a biscuit that is not very eye-catching, but has a particularly strong taste. Jade accidentally discovered that this chocolate soft biscuit is very popular with local residents. It can be found wherever there is dessert...

American Chocolate Chip Cookies

1. Put flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and mix well, set aside;

2. Slice the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds on medium-high heat, let cool and set aside;

3. Put the butter and all the sugar into the blender, and use a fan-shaped stirring rod to stir at medium speed until fully integrated;

4. Add eggs and egg yolks and continue to mix well;

5. Add vanilla extract, turn to medium and low speed and continue to stir;

6. Add the flour mixture and stir at low speed until there is no dry powder at all; finally add the chocolate chips and stir for 30 seconds;

7. Divide the dough into 18 equal parts, round the palms and divide them in half, and then form a dough to keep the rough cut surface on the surface;

8. Put it in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius and bake for about 16 minutes;

9. Bake out, let cool and eat.

Tips:

During the roasting process, the upper and lower plates need to be reversed so that the 2 pans of pie will be evenly baked; in summer, the butter can also be softened at room temperature.
