American Double-decker Big Mac

Mix all the dough materials, (all the materials before the whole egg liquid), knead and ferment according to the method of bread dough,

Exhaust the air in the dough, divide it into three parts, and place them in a four-inch mold. (You can put it directly on the baking pan without the mold, but the shape is not so beautiful.)

Spray a thin layer of water on the surface and ferment to twice its original size. Brush the surface with a layer of whole egg liquid and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Put it in the oven ℃min, bake it until the surface is colored, take it out and let it cool and demould it.

Continue to bake for about 8 minutes. If the meatloaf is thinner, shorten the time, otherwise it will dry out, and vice versa. (The reduced volume of the meatloaf can be seen from the print.)

Cut the bread section into three layers, and then sandwich cheddar cheese slices, gouda cheese slices, meatloaf, minced lettuce, salad dressing, tomato sauce and other things you like in the middle of each layer.
